Booking Policy:

• The guests need to make an advance payment to reserve the apartments for the buyer.
• Cancellation Policy - The advance payment will be refunded in full if the reservation is cancelled no later than 20 days before the arrival date..
• Changes to the booking may be charged depending on the availability of the apartment.

Check-in and check-out time:

• Check-in time: 2 p.m.
• Check-out time: 12:00 a.m.
• Requests for early check-in and late check-out are handled upon request.

Payment Policy:

• The full cost of accommodation must be paid no later than 20 days before arrival.
• Acceptable forms of payment: credit cards, phone number transfers, cash, etc.

Cancellation and non-arrival policy:

• Cancellations made 20 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
• If you do not pay the full cost of your stay 20 days before arrival, the order may be cancelled. The amount of the advance payment will not be refunded.
• In case of non-arrival, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.

Pet policy:

• Pets are allowed with prior approval.
• Additional charges may apply for pets.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Smoking policy:

• Our apartment is a smoke-free place. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises.

Privacy policy:

• We strive to protect your privacy and personal information.
• The information collected during the booking and accommodation is used solely for operational purposes.
