
Rules of accommodation
Guest duties:
- Documents: All guests are required to provide a valid photo ID upon check-in and upon request of the apartment owner.
- Capacity: The maximum capacity of the apartment is 5 adults. In case of exceeding the specified number of residents, the owner has the right to refuse to accommodate additional persons without prior approval.
- Prohibition of smoking and alcohol consumption: Smoking and alcohol abuse are prohibited in all rooms of the apartment. Violation of this rule may result in a fine and early eviction.
- Cleaning and order: Guests are required to keep the apartment clean and tidy throughout the rental period. At the end of the rental period, the apartments must be left in the same condition as they were transferred upon check-in.
- Noise: Please keep quiet after 22:00 and before 8:00 a.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors. The use of loud music and noisy events is also prohibited.
- Use of equipment: Guests should take care of the property and equipment of the apartments. Compensation is charged for damage to property according to the inspection report.
- Visitors: Unauthorized access is possible only with the consent of the apartment owner. The guest who booked the accommodation is responsible for the visitors' behavior.
- Safety: The guest is required to observe fire safety measures and use equipment and appliances in accordance with the instructions. It is forbidden to leave electrical appliances and open fire sources unattended.
- Check-out: Upon leaving the apartment, the guest undertakes to hand over the keys to the owner or leave them at the agreed place. In case of loss of keys, a fee is charged for making a duplicate.
- Rules of conduct: Guests are asked to treat other residents of the house with respect and observe the general norms of public order.
